Casa Bertolli is set in a tranquil village located between Seravera and Stazzema, approximately 10Km from the exclusive town of Forte dei Marmi and its beaches. Marina di Pietrasanta is 10 minutes drive.

This old, rustic property comprises of entrance hall, lounge, (with sofa bed) dining room, Kitchen, (with dishwasher), master bathroom with shower, double bedroom, 2nd bathroom (with tub) and 2nd double bedroom, plus secondary kitchen.

Stairs from the entrance hall lead to a large dining area, Lagoon style heated underground pool. This property offers a number of outside alfresco dining areas,(terraces),a barbecue, and steps leading to the river bed. Car parking outside the village, 150 metres from the property.

This property is suitable for 5 people but we do not recommend families with small children consider this property as there are many unprotected areas outside the property which are particularly hazardous to young children.

Low Season (1 Nov - 14 Dec) - (16 Jan - 29 Feb)

Final cleaning charge of € 50 applies to all rentals

The underground pool can be heated by gas. Should you require pool heating a surcharge of € 20 per day will be applied to the rental charge.
