Modern villa with central heating in the Camaiore hills. Half hour from Versilia beaches, half hour from Pisa and one hour from Florence.

In the grounds of the villa is a small converted farmhouse (also with central heating) which sleeps 4 people. The farmhouse can be rented at extra cost and provides a great location to accommodate visiting guests or older children.

The villa is surounded by a Spacious garden with beautiful views. and has a large, naturally chorinated swimming pool.

The Main Villa sleeps 8 people, the farmhouse sleeps a further 4. The villa comprises of 2 double rooms and 4 single rooms. There is a large lounge with satelitte television. Also at your disposal is a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. The centrally heated farmhouse comprises of a twin room, a sofa bed in the lounge and bathroom with shower. This additional living space can be rented along with the main villa for a modest sum of €300 per week and is idea for accommodating teenage children or visiting guests.

Plus € 50 Euros per person, per week for towels, bed linen and cleaning.
