This Agriturismo is situated in the beautiful country around Siena, 35 Km from the town, near many ancient Hamlets like Montepulciano, S.Quirico d'Orcia, Pienza and Montalcino.
Firenze and its airport are 100 Km away, Rome 150 Km and the motorway entrance only 2 Km.

A private street, all tree lined with cypress, leads to the main building, surrounded by it's own land of 19 acres, in a very green and quiet area.

The Agriturismo gives the possibility to choose between Bed&Breakfast (3 bedrooms in the main villa) or 3 private and fully equipped apartments:

1. "Casa Madre"
   A beautiful 2 floors villa ( sleeps 7+1) with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, large lounge with fireplace and outside patio.
    
2. "Dependance"
   Apartment ( sleeps 4+2) with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, dining room with kitchenette and large
   outside patio.
    
3. "Villetta"
   A spacious 2 floors villa with ground floor: the 1st floor comprises a bathroom, a bedroom and a kitchen with outside access and small patio; the 2nd floor comprises 1 bathroom, 3 bedrooms and outside access with patio; at the ground floor large lounge with fireplace.
   The villa can also be divided into 2 apartments: an apartment for 7 and a further one for 4.
   All the apartments have their own private parking.

The Agriturismo has its private swimming pool, a large gazebo for outside lunch with its own kitchen and a wood burning oven for hand made bread and pizza.

A football / volleyball ground and an entertainment area for children.
